Dave’s Spicy Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce

Dave’s Spicy Garlic Parm wings uses a traditional buffalo style sauce, but at the end, the wings are coated with Parmesan to give them a tangy, cheesy bite. How can you go wrong with Frank’s, garlic, butter, and Parmesan? The answer…you can’t. Enjoy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Stick of Butter
Minced garlic
Franks hot Buffalo Wing sauce
Onion powder
Cajun Seasoning
Pepper
Corn Starch
Grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in a sauce pan
Throw in a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic (I like more)
Stir until butter is melted
Add Bottle of Franks
Half tablespoon onion powder and cajun seasoning
Tablespoon corn starch
Add some pepper
Leave on low for like 10-15 minutes  while stirring occasionally until sauce thickens up

Toss sauce on wings
Coat with Parmesan cheese and enjoy

    This was Mels spicey garlic sauce…. but i played a little… added the cajun, more garlic…………. i also put in Cheyenne Pepper to make it hotter…. but its hot as it is

    also, for a sweet/spicey BBQ type flavor, add about a 1/3 cup of Open Pit BBQ sauce…. turned out really good
