Tilted Kilt – Green Bay

A cool atmosphere, great wings, and even better outfits. Tilted Kilt hits the spot! Once upon a time, there was a race car. A Dan Hayes race car. Yeah, the same one you’ve heard about. But this is a way better sequel to our Cleveland trip than any of the follow up Twilight movies and still a better love story.  This time the race car took us up to Green Bay to meet a gentleman from Rhinelander that drove a kickass Subaru outback with Hellas and a winch on the front. The Dirty Drummer, Phoenix AZ

The Dirty Drummer Phoenix, AZ The guys will tell you that I am constantly gone for work, so I get around, a lot. While working one night on a recent trip, I asked a local guy I was working with for a recommendation for wings. He suggested The Dirty Drummer, and then talked non stop for 15 minutes about how they may not be the biggest wings, but they are the best. I must say that for a small chain of bars, I was impressed. Magoo’s Sports & Spirits – Are they the Best Wings in ‘Stallis?

I’m not going to talk about each flavor because there’s one flavor above all that puts Magoo’s on the map and that’s the Tough Guy. Magoo’s grills their wings which gives them the most absolute perfect, crispy skin, with just the right amount of char flavor. There’s no such thing as a slimy, soggy, half-ass wing at Magoo’s. With the grilling, the wings are a dry style wing...

Johnny Hammers – West Allis, WI

Johnny Hammer’s could possibly have the best wings in West Allis! A few months ago we decided to try out Johnny Hammers in West Allis thanks to a tip from one of our helpful fans on Facebook. And thankful we are. Magoo’s has been one of the top wing spots for everyone in the gang for a long time, but now Johnny Hammers is right up there with Magoo’s. The outside of Johnny Hammers looks like any one of the countless old neighborhood West Allis bars. The inside has the same feel as the outside; traditional West Allis bar. In all honesty I don’t think any of us were expecting a lot. Maybe some decent wings that, some beer,...
